Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
Assist customers with tracking shipments, processing orders, and resolving delivery issues.
Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
