We are seeking empathetic and committed Online Mental Health Teletherapists (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) to deliver virtual therapy services via a HIPAA-compliant platform. In this role, you will provide therapy sessions lasting 45-60 minutes, with full-time therapists typically managing around 30 client sessions weekly. We recognize that building a robust caseload requires time, and therefore, we are flexible in accommodating part-time therapists who can commit to a minimum of 7 sessions per week until they are ready to transition to a full-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
 Conduct virtual therapy sessions in 45-60 minute intervals.
 Perform assessments for clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
 Document progress notes to monitor client development.
 Provide insights on methodologies and techniques to enhance client support.
 Collaborate effectively as a vital member of our supportive team.
Required Skills
 A valid LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia, with the ability to credential with major insurance providers. Additional licenses in other states are advantageous.
 Experience working with diverse populations, coupled with a passion for inclusivity.
