The Senior Manager HR Technology - Recruiting will play a pivotal role in enhancing Macy's recruitment strategy through the effective use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This position involves optimizing recruitment processes, overseeing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve user experience. The senior manager role will drive strategic initiatives, ensure system effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless hiring experience while maintaining the system's integrity and coordinating testing for updates and new features.

Responsibilities

Requirements
┬Ľ Proven experience with HR technology platforms, particularly in recruiting systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
