 Looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to support patient and family scheduling needs.
 Responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for accessing Equip providers.
 Supports care collaboration with external providers.
Requirements:
 BachelorÂs degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field required
 Minimum 2 years experience on an operational team in a fast-paced, scaling environment
 Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task with strong attention to detail
 Ability to navigate ambiguity
 Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams
 Knowledge of HIPAA policies and... procedures
 Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Zoom & EMR)
 Schedule: 8a-5p PST; preference for people who reside in Pacific or Mountain Standard Time.
