Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to build a robust network within the finance sector.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in executive recruiting, preferably within the finance industry.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education: BachelorÂs degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
