Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your contributions will enhance the CEO’s capacity to lead and innovate. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing the CEO's daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments while ensuring best practices in communication with team members and departments.
• Aligning projects and daily activities with the EOS methodology, comprehending the organization’s larger objectives.
• Capturing and prioritizing ideas from the CEO, developing actionable plans that support operational standards.
• Overseeing email correspondence, calendar management, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
• Coordinating the logistics for significant events, including the annual company retreat and various client engagements.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience in project management with an emphasis on execution.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:
• 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a rapidly growing business environment.
• Experience working closely with entrepreneurs or CEOs.
• Proven capabilities in process creation and implementation, particularly in small to mid-sized organizations.
• A college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare.
• Familiarity and experience in the marketing and healthcare sectors are highly desirable.
