 Maintain open communication with children, parents, and colleagues to effectively address individual needs.
Required Skills
 Familiarity with child development principles.
 Understanding of early learning and developmental benchmarks.
 Exceptional customer service skills.
 Proficient in basic computer applications.
 Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Qualifications
 A High School Diploma or GED is required; a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
 Background in working with children in a teaching or instructional role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
 Experience in early childhood education and childcare settings is valued.
 Knowledge in curriculum and lesson planning is a plus.
 Comfortable engaging with parents and guardians regarding child development and education.
