Key Responsibilities
 Execute and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined in the comprehensive client training program.
 Manage credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications.
 Conduct follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications.
 Ensure the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards.
 Validate information from external entities through online databases to guarantee accuracy.
 Embrace additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
Required Skills
 Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
 Proficient command of the English language.
 Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
 Capable of supporting a home-based work environment.
 Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 6 months experience in a data entry or customer service role is advantageous.
 Ability to commit to 40 hours of work per week, with weekends off.
