As a member of our customer support division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance through our chat support platform. Your resourcefulness and ability to engage with clients will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
 *Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Act as the first point of contact for customers initiating chat support, effectively communicating and understanding their inquiries, issues, and needs.
- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and address customer concerns promptly, providing accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of PPLÂs products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses to customer queries.
- **Chat Management:** Manage chat queues efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- **Documentation:** Record interactions and document issues accurately in our CRM system, highlighting recurring problems and contributing to knowledge base articles or FAQs for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams, including technical support and product development, to relay customer feedback and potential areas for enhancement.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed designated performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends, new products, services, and best practices in customer service and support to enhance skills and knowledge.
 *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with chat support software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with technical products or services is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Resourceful:** Demonstrate an ability to navigate challenges effectively, finding solutions independently.
- **Energetic:** Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm that motivates self and others in a remote work environment.
