 Maintain financial records with a focus on accuracy using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
 Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
 Prepare, analyze, and extract insights from financial reports to inform decision-making.
 Identify and rectify discrepancies within income and expense accounts promptly.
 Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes as required.
 Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with timely tax payments.
 Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain organized workflows and support overall company operations.
 Exhibit strong time management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential.
 Comprehensive understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
 Capability to prepare, review, and interpret financial reports.
 Experience in tax filing and payroll management is important.
 Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to precision and efficiency.

Qualifications
