Ding A Ling Answering Service is a fast growing, family owned and operated telephone answering service that has been around for 50 years.
We are looking for telephone agents with excellent customer service skills, a friendly personality and great communication skills, that can keep up with the high volume of calls.

 Telephone agents are assigned a phone station where they stay connected throughout their shift taking calls as they come.
 We answer calls for a variety of businesses and professional clients all over the county, taking and relaying their messages, performing intake for new clients, booking appointments, and transferring calls.
 We do not make cold calls!
Hours: F/T Flexible Daytime, Evening (Preferred), and Weekend (Must)
Requirements:
 Reliable strong high-speed internet connection.
 Personal computer (Must be hardwired)
 Strong typing and proper grammar skills
 Can work flexible hours in a quiet remote setting
 Must have Telephone Customer Service experience
