 POSITION: Project Manager  HUD Environmental Services
 LOCATION: Dallas, TX or Houston, TX
 AEI Consultants has an opportunity available for a full-time Environmental Project Manager to perform various environmental due diligence projects within our HUD Services division.
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Environmental reviews
 State and federal regulatory program file reviews
 Field investigations
 Basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance
 Performance of environmental due diligence projects
Requirements:
 Experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred
 Experience in or knowledge of the Related Federal Laws and Authorities as described under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969
 Experience with completing Part 50 and Part 58 Environmental Review Records for local, state and federal agencies
 Extensive knowledge and experience in... assessing various property types
 Experience in evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, and NPL sites preferred
 Experience with HEROS (HUD Environmental Review Online System) preferred
 Excellent writing skills required
 Be extremely organized and have great time management and multi-tasking skills
 Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels
 Willingness to travel if necessary
 Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff
 State regulatory knowledge preferred
 Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work is a plus
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Corel DRAW a plus
 Experience with managing various vendors and subcontractors preferred
 Bidding and project cost estimation preferred
