[Remote-Position] Patent Prosecution Associate - Remote
We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Patent Prosecution Associate - Remote! Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of this Remote role. Â Â LHH is representing a dynamic and rapidly growing boutique IP firm headquartered on the East Coast. My client is expanding its team and hiring a lateral Patent Prosecution Associate for their growing firm. Candidates can work 100% remotely from anywhere in the US. If you're on the West Coast, keep your same hours!! You don't need to be available for East Coast hours. We placed an Associate at the... firm this summer and they are interested in making another hire as the firm is in growth mode.
What you need:
1) J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar (Registration to practice before the USPTO is a bonus)
2) 2+ years of patent prosecution experience
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
5) Excellent undergrad and law school academic record
6) Passion for prosecution work
