 Conduct scripted telephone interviews, delivering multiple-choice questions and accurately documenting responses using a Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system.
 Foster positive interactions with survey participants, maintaining neutrality and professionalism throughout the data collection process.
 Participate in ongoing training and support provided by your Team Lead and colleagues to enhance your skill set.
 Achieve project objectives and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent is required.
 Capability to work seated for extended periods.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
 Clear enunciation and the skill to read accurately from a script.
 Professional demeanor with the capacity to remain impartial during interviews.
 Basic computer proficiency, especially in accurate data entry and typing.
 Ability to meet established performance standards.
