Requirements:

 Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
 Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
