Requirements:
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficiency in using computers, the internet, and basic office software.
 High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
 Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
 Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
 Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
