You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the corporate travel industry, familiarity with American Express Global Business Travel’s products and services, and excellent computer skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and providing exceptional service to all customers. You will be expected to exceed customer expectations, resolve customer issues in a timely manner, and ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing accurate and timely updates, and responding to customer inquiries. Responsibilities:
Manage multiple customer accounts and provide exceptional service to all customers.
