The Manager of Data Management is responsible for developing and overseeing the organizationÂs data management strategy, ensuring the effective collection, storage, and utilization of data. This role involves leading a team of data professionals, developing data policies and procedures, and ensuring data quality and security. The resource will work closely with various departments to support data-driven decision-making and drive the organizationÂs data initiatives.
The Manager of Data Management role is based in Irving, Texas, and reports directly to the Director of Data Management & Governance.

 Identify opportunities for improving data management practices and implement best practices.
 Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management.
Essential Experience and Skills
 BachelorÂs degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MasterÂs degree preferred.
 Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
 Proven experience in leading and managing data management teams.
 Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong leadership and project management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
