Responsibilities
 Lead the Flight Operations ODA team and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.

 Manage performance and professional development of direct reports.

 Attend regular meetings to stay updated on AC ODA workloads and needs.

 Represent United Airlines Flight Operations AC ODA in company and industry forums.
,
 Direct weekly audits related to ODA activities and report on utilization metrics.
,
 Assist in maintaining and distributing the procedures manual for Unit Members and stakeholders.
,
 Ensure standardization and accuracy of ODA-related training and records tracking systems.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent.
,
 4+ years' experience in Flight Operations.
,
 Knowledge of FAA Orders and FARs.
,
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams.
,
 Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
,
 Reliable and punctual attendance.
Nice-to-haves
 Bachelor's degree or related experience.

 1+ years managing direct reports.
,
 Experience with Pilot Training Records and/or Pilot Training Scheduling.
