Requirements
 Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
 Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
 Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
 Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with live chat software or platforms
 Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
 Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
