As a Teaching Strategies Advisor and Professional Trainer, youÂll deliver impactful workshops and provide actionable guidance to teachers and school leaders. This contract role offers the flexibility to work independently while contributing to the professional growth of educators across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead dynamic, research-driven professional development workshops for K-12 educators.
 Advise teachers and administrators on effective teaching strategies and classroom management practices.
 Customize training content to address the unique needs of schools and districts.
 Empower educators with practical tools and techniques to boost student engagement and achievement.
 Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in K-12 education to deliver cutting-edge training.
Qualifications:
 BachelorÂs degree in Education or related field (MasterÂs preferred).
 Extensive experience in K-12 education as a teacher, instructional coach, or consultant.
 Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
 A commitment to improving teacher effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
 Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as a contractor.
