It’s a supportive, fun environment where they work hard and celebrate wins together.They are looking for a Media Buyer who’s an expert in managing Meta (Instagram and Facebook) ads, ideally with some TikTok experience as well. You’ll play a key role in driving both our financial growth and enhancing our brand identity.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Audit paid media accounts regularly.Develop and execute paid media strategies.Manage daily budgets, write ad copy, and oversee ad creative development and ideally landing page development.Analyze account performance using dashboards and create detailed reports.Attend regular 1on1s with the director of marketing and weekly team calls.The ideal candidate is confident, autonomous, and proactive. You’re someone who doesn’t need micromanaging, loves self-growth, and brings a positive, grateful attitude to the team.Working Hours: This is a full-time role requiring some overlap hours between 8am to 11am Pacific Standard Time.In order to excel in this role, you need to have:3 years + experience as a Media Buyer.Strong expertise in Meta/Instagram ad buying.Proficiency in channel analytics and interpreting success metrics.Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies.Ideally, experience with TikTok ads.Brownie points for:Experience in the health or supplement space.Ability to create templated landing pages using Zipify.What’s in it for you'Salary: $3000-$3500 per month*Fully remote position5 weeks of paid time off$100 monthly massage reimbursement*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
