Location: Remote
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:15 AM Eastern) on a 4-shifts on/4-shifts off cycle.
Overview:
IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Junior Open Source Intelligence Monitor to support a Fortune 500 company's global security operations. In this role, you will analyze public information from social media, news outlets, forums, and other platforms to identify and assess threats that could disrupt corporate operations worldwide. You will play a critical part in enhancing the safety and security of global operations by providing actionable intelligence, developing expertise in advanced research techniques, and collaborating with a dynamic and experienced team in the field of open source intelligence (OSINT).

Responsibilities/Duties:
• Conduct open source monitoring and research to identify threats or disruptions to corporate operations worldwide, such as protests or other emerging risks.
• Review incoming open source information to assess the accuracy, credibility, validity, and relevance of known media sources
• Quickly, clearly, and concisely communicate potential threats and other relevant information via verbal and written summaries.
• Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic and automated search tools, to gather actionable intelligence.
• Perform manual searches through social media and other online platforms to detect emerging threats.
• Collaborate with team members to identify threats or potential disruptions to corporate operations worldwide and determine what reaches the threshold for notification to the company's security and intelligence team.
• Support the development and enhancement of IntelliBridge OSINT monitoring, analysis, and production.
• Support the production of intelligence notifications or reports for the corporate security and intelligence team.
• Support the development of internal training for other team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 4+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Relevant experience includes roles requiring advanced online research or investigative techniques.
• Strong proficiency in internet-based research, including Boolean logic.
• Experience with monitoring and analyzing social media, news outlets, and other publicly available information sources.
• Experience in assessing the relevance and potential impact of intelligence findings, especially in determining threat and risk.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software, tools, and tradecraft quickly.
• Solid written communication skills with the ability to summarize findings concisely.
• Familiarity with manual and automated methods for gathering information from social media platforms.
• Knowledge of machine language translation methods

• Completed training or certification in Open Source Intelligence, private investigation, or advanced internet research techniques.
• Knowledge of popular and niche social media platforms and forums.
• Experience working in 24x7 environments, such as security operations centers (SOCs) or emergency management centers.
• Persona creation and maintenance experience
