In this position, employees will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, as well as checking them out upon departure. Responsibilities of Front Office Agent:
• As a Front Office Agent you have the essential duty of welcoming guests with a courteous greeting and register them in a timely manner while providing an excellent service experience
• Executes the necessary steps for guests to leave the hotel premises
• Addressing guest concerns throughout their hotel experience
• Promoting the amenities and services provided by the hotel while upgrading the guests is an essential part of the job
• Organizes and executes various marketing programs catering to incoming guests
