Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Receptionist/Bather to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience as a bather in a grooming salon or similar environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service from the moment they walk in until their pet is ready to go home. If you have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in a grooming or veterinary setting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
 Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival.
 Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the salonÂs calendar.
 Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally.
 Assist with bathing, drying, and prepping pets for groomingÂexperience in this area is essential.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment.
 Keep accurate records of client information and services rendered.
 Handle transactions and process payments smoothly.
 Provide support to the grooming team as needed.
Requirements:
 Must have prior experience as a bather in a grooming salon, veterinary clinic, or similar environment.
 Strong communication and customer service skills.
 Comfort and confidence in working with a variety of dog and cat breeds.
 Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends.
 A genuine love for animals and a patient, caring demeanor.
