Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Evening Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and resolving inquiries efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting, and account updates.
Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.

Experience: 1+ years in customer service or a related field (remote experience preferred).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, live chat software, and other support platforms.
Availability: Able to work evening hours (e.g., 5 PM - 10 PM EST).
Mindset: Problem-solver with a positive attitude and patience when dealing with customers.
