Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 Help managers complete all assigned daily tasks and operations.
 Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
 Observing and learning from experienced team members.
 Participate in the companyÂs strategic planning.
 Understand each departmentÂs daily processes and goals.
 Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the clientÂs needs.
 Build long-term relationships with clients.
 Communicate with clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and goals.
 Research, develop, and implement new leads.
 Communicate with new prospects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
 Must have a BachelorÂs Degree
 Professional verbal and written communication skills
 Competitive nature with a desire to win
 Self-motivated with an incredible work ethic
