 Assist in the development and implementation of data processing procedures.
 Maintain and update employee records and other essential documentation.
 Perform regular data backups and ensure data security measures are followed.
 Generate reports and summaries based on the data as requested by management.
 Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data processing or administration is a plus.
 Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
 Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management systems.
 Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
 Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
 Basic knowledge of data security protocols and best practices.
