Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our virtual team at Boldedge Consulting Service LLC. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our consulting operations through precise data management and entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities
 Input and verify data into company databases and specialized software systems
 Process client documentation, including financial statements and transaction records
 Maintain organized digital filing systems and update records as needed
 Review data for accuracy and completeness, flagging discrepancies for review
 Generate regular reports and assist with data analysis tasks
 Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
 Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality requirements
 Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures
Required Qualifications
 High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
 Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
 Proven accuracy and attention to detail
 Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
 Experience with database management systems
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
 Reliable home internet connection and computer setup
Preferred Qualifications
 Previous remote work experience
 Basic understanding of data privacy regulations
 Experience with digital document management systems
