Key Responsibilities
 Deliver exceptional support through phone, chat, and email, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product suggestions.
 Guide customers in navigating the website, assisting with product searches and the ordering process.
 Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
 Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to better assist customers.
 Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Friendly and professional demeanor.
 Knowledge of CRM systems a plus.
