Verizon is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person communication.

- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate and troubleshoot client issues efficiently and effectively, collaborating with relevant departments as needed to ensure timely resolutions.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document client interactions, feedback, and any technical issues in the customer support database for future reference and reporting.

- **Research and Innovation:** Employ research skills to identify and provide insightful suggestions for improving client service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- **Follow-up:** Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and that they are pleased with the service received.

- **Performance Metrics:** Work to meet or exceed established performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members to share best practices, knowledge, and support each other in achieving client satisfaction goals.

- **Continual Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve personal skills and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of client support procedures.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree in a related field preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a telecommunications or technology setting.

- **Personality Traits:** Must be resourceful and dedicated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in client service.

- **Soft Skills:** Strong research skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to adapt to new challenges quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Basic knowledge of computer systems, including experience with customer support software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
