- Analyze legacy schema and redesign it for improved systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a developer, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management
- Proven experience in writing system requirements and technical documentation
- Proficiency in database schema design based on client requirements
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing databases with SQL Server Management Studio or similar IDEs
- Familiarity with data migrations and reporting tools like Crystal Reports or SSRS
- Background in application design and implementation within various phases of the software development lifecycle
