Key Responsibilities:
Assist with filing prevailing wage documentation
Support with bookkeeping cleanup tasks
Maintain general ledger entries & reconcile company bank accounts
Process invoices and track expenses
Assist with tax preparation
Handle general administrative and bookkeeping duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Accounting or related experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Competent in basic math and data entry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with payroll processing
Knowledge of business tax law (active PTIN a plus)
Education in a related field
