Hiring for a remote office assistant and accountant. Must be strong in Quickbooks; will be setting up a new account. Someone extremely detail-oriented and proficient with Google office products and can learn various dispatch-type apps quickly is required.
We are a commercial facilities service company that needs assistance with invoicing, quotes, parts management, and payroll. Must be very adept at computer, including Google calendar and folders. Details are very important in this position. We also use DocHub and CompanyCam programs.
Work schedule is 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. You will be remote from home. Will be paid as a 1099. No benefits offered.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
