[Remote-Position] Acquisitions Follow Up Specialist (Virtual)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary(USD): $5.00 per hour (Base Pay) Would Increase to $6.00 After 6 Months
Commission: 0.5% per deal passed off and signed, increasing to 1% per deal after first 10 deals closed.
Responsibilities:
 Make outbound calls to all leads in the queue.
 Overcome objections on the phone.
 Schedule and conduct appointments for our acquisition closers.
 Manage leads and follow up with prospects diligently.
 Update and stay on task using the CRM(Podio) daily until deals are signed.
 Work weekends as new leads come in, reach out to them and take inbound calls with a higher pay rate.
Qualifications:
 Experience in real estate wholesaling is preferred.
 Quick on your feet.
 Acquisitions/Cold Call experience preferred
 Professional in attitude and appearance.
 Ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
 Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
 Independent and self-motivated.
 Effective communicator (oral and written).
 Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
 Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
 Team player who thrives in a tight-knit company where activities directly affect the bottom line.
Requirements:
 Consistent high-speed internet connection.
 Stable and quiet work environment for making calls.
 Strong English-speaking skills, also Spanish is a bonus
 Must have Time Doctor on
Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST.
