[Remote] Podcast Producer (Intern)

They are seeking a Podcast Producer Intern to assist in the planning, production, and execution of podcast episodes, providing practical experience in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in the planning, production, and execution of podcast episodes
ā¢ Support episode preparation, including research, outlines, and show notes
ā¢ Coordinate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth recording sessions
ā¢ Edit and refine audio content for clarity, pacing, and quality
ā¢ Incorporate music, transitions, and basic sound design elements
ā¢ Help manage podcast production schedules and content calendars
ā¢ Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams on promotional assets
ā¢ Ensure brand voice and consistency across podcast materials
ā¢ Organize and maintain audio files and production assets
ā¢ Support ad hoc multimedia and content initiatives as needed
Skills
ā¢ Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
ā¢ Strong interest in podcasts, digital media, or content production
ā¢ Basic familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or similar)
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment
ā¢ Willingness to learn production workflows and tools
ā¢ Experience with audio editing or multimedia projects
ā¢ Understanding of podcast formats, structure, and storytelling
ā¢ Familiarity with microphones, recording setups, or remote recording tools
ā¢ Basic knowledge of branding or digital content strategy
ā¢ Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and creative direction
ā¢ Interest in media production, interviewing, or content creation
