Optomi is partnering with an EHR Software Company to find a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer focused on maintaining and enhancing an EHR legacy system for optical businesses. The role primarily involves Oracle PL/SQL development and working with DHTMLX-based web interfaces. Responsibilities • Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions • Maintain and enhance DHTMLX Suite v5.1 front-end components (grids, forms, charts) • Work with legacy vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS for responsive enterprise apps • Implement server-side rendering and session management in Oracle Application Server • Support Node.js APIs and modern tooling with plans to adopt React components Skills • 4+ years Oracle PL/SQL development with strong performance tuning • Experience with Oracle mod_plsql framework and database-driven web app patterns • Proficiency with DHTMLX Suite and Vanilla JavaScript (2+ years preferred) • Familiarity with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and version control (Git) • Comfortable with Unix/Linux basics and Oracle development tools (SQL*Plus, TOAD) • Proficiency with DHTMLX Suite and Vanilla JavaScript (2+ years preferred) Benefits • 100% Remote Opportunity • Work for a company that prides themselves on a future-ready roadmap • Be part of a collaborative team of engineers!
