[Remote] PLM Teamcenter Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements, and collaborating with development teams to resolve defects. Responsibilities • Analyze business and functional software requirements to create detailed test cases and test scripts. • Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test plans. • Identify, report, and track software defects and issues. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects. • Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Document test results and generate test reports. • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices. • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Skills • Technical Proficiency & experience as a Functional Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst. • Extensive experience working on PLM (Team Center) Projects. • 5+ Year of BA experience in a large organization. • 5+ year of Test script writer/Executer is required. • Professional expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. • Technically experienced with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). • Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scripts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. • ITQB or other relevant software testing certification. • Experience with Team Center PLM. • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP). • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Mandatory Skills: PLM-Teamcenter Application. Education Requirements • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
