Position: Bilingual Spanish STEM Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $38–$43/hour Commitment: 20 hours/week Duration: 1 month Role Responsibilities • Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in Spanish and/or English. Create detailed prompts with multiple constraints and scientific instructions. • Define and document evaluation standards. Establish expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts. Develop rubrics for scientific rigor and linguistic clarity in Spanish. • Conduct model testing and grading. Run prompts through models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality. Compare Spanish vs. English outputs. • Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Collaborate in QA processes to ensure scientific rigor and consistency in Spanish-language benchmarks.
