Key Responsibilities

Ā Oversee the complete recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
Ā Manage multiple requisitions concurrently for various healthcare roles.
Ā Employ the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to optimize and enhance the recruitment workflow.
Ā Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous influx of qualified candidates.
Ā Leverage your expertise in corporate recruitment and talent acquisition to secure top-tier talent within the healthcare sector.
Required Skills
Ā Proficient in full-cycle talent acquisition and sourcing techniques.
Ā Experience in corporate recruiting, specifically in the medical domain.
Ā Familiarity with recruitment software, particularly iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ā Strong capability to uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on fostering strong relationships with candidates.
Ā Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Ā Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
Ā At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role within the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance sectors.
Ā Legal authorization to work in the country without the necessity for employment visa sponsorship.
Ā Availability to work hours that support facilities in the EST and CST time zones.
Ā Must be prepared to interview and commence work within one week after successfully completing background and drug screening.
