Remote Pharmacy Technician Representative - Accredo
We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Accredo, a leading healthcare company. As a Pharmacy Technician Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, assisting patients in receiving life-sustaining medications to manage rare and/or chronic diseases.
About the Role:
Provide exceptional patient care through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely shipment of medications and resolving issues with healthcare providers.
Process prescription orders, enter data into our computer system, and investigate issues with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
Offer guidance to patients about medication coverage and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
