Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will:
Collaborate with our pharmacy help desk grievance team to manage and resolve grievances
Execute data entry tasks and triage grievances to coordinators as appropriate
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of pharmacy experience under a licensed pharmacist or completion of a certified pharmacy technician program
Familiarity with the third-party claims process
