This is a remote opportunity with a 6-week on-site training period in Worcester, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care and support to our Prescription department
Develop proficiencies in utilizing Epic and other relevant systems
Process prescriptions, manage patient calls, and handle multiple tasks with precision and accuracy
Collaborate with prescribers, payors, and pharmacies to ensure timely and effective prescription fulfillment
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental policies and procedures
