Remote Pharmacy Support Clerk

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist staff with various administrative tasks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines in the pharmacy department
- Label and assign incoming faxes to ensure timely pharmacy turnaround times
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with members and provider offices to resolve claims and provide updates
- Organize and prioritize administrative and clinical tasks based on importance and impact on members and providers
- Manage specialty drug inventory, including accepting deliveries, stocking, and returning expired products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
- Basic understanding of pharmacy operations is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with faxing systems and administrative processes
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations
