Required Skills
Strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization (preferred).
Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions (advantageous).
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment (required).
Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent (necessary).
