[Remote] Pharmacist Go Live Support

The Pharmacist Go Live Support role involves deploying and integrating MEDITECH EHR systems within HCA healthcare organizations, providing at-the-elbow support during go-live phases and collaborating with project teams. Responsibilities • Collaborate with project teams provide go live support on site at MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects. • Participate in workflow decisions and trainings. • Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases to assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance. • Document issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends Skills • Licensed Pharmacist (any state) • Prior EHR implementation support experience (MEDITECH Expanse experience preferred) • Availability to work night shifts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites nationwide • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project requirements and deadlines Benefits • Competitive pay. • Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities. • Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the organization.
