[Remote] Pharmaceutical Agency Copywriter

They are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Agency Copywriter to develop and edit marketing materials while ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities • Content Development: Write and edit a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital materials for both healthcare professionals and consumers • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all content meets strict medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) guidelines, including FDA regulations • Annotation & Referencing: Accurately annotate and reference all claims and data using appropriate style guides, such as the AMA Manual of Style • Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, account managers, and medical reviewers to develop and refine content from concept through final approval • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and juggling competing priorities Skills • Proven experience as a copywriter within a pharmaceutical marketing/advertising agency • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail • Deep knowledge of medical and scientific terminology • Familiarity with FDA regulations and the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process • Excellent communication and collaborative skills • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, journalism, life sciences) is preferred Company Overview • Clutch provides staffing solutions for advertising and marketing professionals.
