We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Property Impound (PPI) Dispatchers . What You'll Do: • Act as the first point of contact for law enforcement, property managers, and vehicle owners while providing clear, courteous, and prompt communication about services, fees, and policies. • Prioritize incoming service calls and assign drivers, ensuring timely and efficient response. • Accurately document all towing events in the dispatch system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Address and resolve real-time logistics challenges to maintain smooth operations. Preferred Hiring Consideration: • Law Enforcement: Your background as a Crisis Team Interventionist, Community Patrol Officer, Negotiator, School Resource Officer, Civil Dispute Officer, or another roles centered around conflict management and communication would make you an excellent fit for this position. • Military Veterans: Your background in any Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) is highly valued.
