Assist clients in planning and booking personalized cruise vacations, including selecting the best ships, itineraries, and excursions.
Provide expert advice on various cruise lines, onboard amenities, and destinations.
Handle bookings, reservations, and payments, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for clients.
Follow up with clients before, during, and after their cruise to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues.
Stay updated on cruise industry trends and new ship launches to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
Requirements
Passion for travel and the cruise industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with using booking software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
