Personal Executive Assistant (Not Virtual Assistant for Work):
Be the right hand to a busy expat.
Turn chaos into structure, solve complex problems, and keep him focused & accountable.
The Reality:
- Manage life admin, travel, scheduling across multiple countries
- Research, fact-finding, vendor coordination (think: hotels in new cities, websites in foreign languages, paralegal entry tasks, purchasing products for his home).
- Build simple accountability systems and keep multiple projects organised
- Occasional social media content creation for personal use (not public profiles)
- Daily huddle calls, as necessary
- Some days are quiet/organisational, others are reactive with tight deadlines
RequirementsL
✅ Fluent/advanced English, CET timezone (or able to work European hours)
✅ Previous experience as PA, not VA (international manager)
✅ High emotional intelligence, obsessive about details, creative problem-solver
✅ "Not possible" isn't in your vocabulary = you're a creative solutions seeker and like challenges
✅ You're ok with little structure, daily changing priorities
✅ You dig deep beyond one Google search or AI prompt.
